What to expect from your session
Our Mother’s Day photography mini sessions are designed to be calm, natural and timeless. Each session lasts approximately 20–30 minutes, making it the ideal session for young children while enabling enough time to capture connection.
When you arrive at the studio, we’ll guide you through gentle prompts, avoiding stiff posing. We focus on real moments and the bond between you and your little ones. You don’t need to worry about your children sitting perfectly still. Some of the best Mother’s Day photos come real expressions and personality, rather than perfection.
Before you arrive for your session, you'll receive styling guidance to help you feel confident in what to wear. Soft neutrals, creams, warm pastels and earthy tones photograph beautifully and ensure your images feel elegant and not distracting. Our studio backdrop is styled to complement skin tones and keep the focus entirely on your bond.
After your session
Following your Mother’s Day portrait session, your images will be professionally edited in our signature style, light and airy, soft, and natural.
You’ll then receive access to a private online viewing gallery where you can select your favourite images from the session. You can also include additional images to your package at just £20 per photo. We make this process easy and enjoyable, allowing you to choose the photographs that you love the most.
Your images deserve more than to live on a phone screen. We now offer framing services at The Greenwich Studio, and can turn your prints into beautiful mounted and framed wall art.
