The Greenwich Studio Photography Contract
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for photography services provided by the Photographers Sacha Bentley & Rodney Kibler and the client.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Your booking is confirmed once this agreement has been signed.
Payment is made in full at the studio via our POS machine or by bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept cash payments, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session fee being forfeited.
We are always understanding where possible and sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
3. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE OWNERSHIP
All images remain the copyright of the Photographer.
You are granted a personal licence to view, print, and share your purchased images for personal use.
Images may not be edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. PORTFOLIO USE
Images from your session may be used by The Greenwich Studio for portfolio and website purposes, depending on the image usage preference selected below.
We fully respect our clients’ privacy, and any choice made regarding image usage will be honoured at all times. If you ever wish to update your preference in the future, you may do so by contacting us in writing.
5. SAFETY & LIABILITY
We take great care during all photography sessions and always aim to create a relaxed, safe environment.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during the session.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children and pets at all times.
6. IMAGE SELECTION & EDITING
A few days after your session, you will receive a private online gallery containing unedited, watermarked preview images. These previews allow you to choose your favourite photographs for final editing.
All final images are edited in our signature bright and airy style, with a natural, high-end finish. This includes gentle skin retouching, colour correction, exposure balancing, and the removal of small distractions or unwanted elements where possible.
We are happy to accept editing requests at no extra cost, provided they align with our overall style.
Once your selections are received, your final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe we have discussed with you.
7. IMAGE DELIVERY & PRINTS
Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery, where you can also select favourites for printing.
Prints may be collected from the studio or posted for a small additional fee to cover postage and handling.
All print orders are beautifully gift wrapped.
The online gallery will be available for a limited time, so please ensure you download and back up your images. We cannot guarantee long-term storage.
