The Greenwich Studio is at 1A Peyton Place, Greenwich, London SE10. We're a short walk from Greenwich rail/DLR, Cutty Sark DLR, and Maze Hill rail — easy to reach from across South East London.

Most families drive — we're a 10-minute journey by car from Blackheath, Lewisham, Charlton, and Brockley, and 15–20 minutes from Dulwich, Forest Hill, and Bromley. Public transport works well too: Greenwich DLR connects directly to Lewisham, and the train links across South East London are straightforward.

Our family sessions are generally studio-led — we've deliberately built our offering around our SE10 studio because it gives us consistent professional lighting, no weather dependency and a warm comfortable space for younger children. However, if an outdoor portrait with the family is preferable feel free to get in touch! we do offer outdoor sessions in Greenwich Park, Blackheath or elsewhere across South East London.

Our Silver session runs 30 minutes (immediate family) and our Gold session runs 1.5 hours (more time for individual portraits, extended family or three-generation groupings). We never feel rushed — we work at your family's pace.

All ages — newborns from a few days old, toddlers, school-age children, teenagers, parents, grandparents. Some of our favourite shoots are three-generation portraits where grandparents are visiting from out of town.

Absolutely. Three-generation family portraits are some of our favourite sessions. The Gold session is the right package if you'd like time for both individual groupings and the full extended portrait.

Yes — pets are welcome at The Greenwich Studio. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the floor space and have a comfortable spot ready.

We send a styling guide after booking. As a general rule: soft neutral tones, gentle coordination rather than matching, avoiding bold patterns or large logos. Don't overthink it — the natural connection between your family always matters more than the outfits.

Completely normal and we plan for it. Sessions are unhurried and child-led. We use play, breaks, and patience — not posing pressure. Some of the best images we've ever taken came from moments when the camera was the last thing on a child's mind. Bring snacks, bring favourite toys, and trust us to handle the rest.

Your private online gallery typically arrives within 2–3 weeks of your session. You'll choose your favourites for editing, and we'll send the final edited images shortly after.

Yes — we hold public liability insurance and equipment cover for every session.

We opened at 1A Peyton Place in December 2023. Sacha was working professionally as a photographer before that, having graduated from the London College of Fashion and won the Jon Bird 2020 prize at Fish Slab Gallery, with selected work shown there for a week as a solo exhibition.
