The Greenwich Studio – Studio Hire Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for studio hire at The Greenwich Studio, operated by Sacha Bentley & Rodney Kibler.
By confirming a booking, the hirer agrees to the following terms.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Studio hire is £99 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable at the studio via our POS machine or by bank transfer on the day of your session. Please note that cash payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may result in the deposit being forfeited.Where possible, bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to studio availability.
3. STUDIO USE
The studio must be used respectfully and left in the same condition it was found.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all guests, clients, and team members follow studio rules and behave appropriately while on the premises.
Food, drink, and styling materials must be used carefully to avoid damage to the space or equipment.
4. EQUIPMENT & PROPS
Any lighting equipment, furniture, or props provided by the studio may be used with care during your booking.
The hirer accepts responsibility for any damage, loss, or misuse of studio equipment during their session.
Any damages may be charged at replacement or repair cost.
5. TIME & OVERTIME
Your booking time includes setup and pack down.
Please ensure the studio is vacated by the end of your booking time.
If your session runs over and the studio is available, additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
6. LIABILITY
The Greenwich Studio cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident, or loss of personal belongings during your booking.
The hirer is responsible for the safety and supervision of their clients, guests, children, and pets while in the studio.
7. DAMAGE TO THE STUDIO
The hirer agrees to cover the cost of any damage to the studio, furniture, floors, walls, equipment, or props caused during their booking.
8. CLEANLINESS
Please leave the studio tidy after use.Any excessive cleaning required after a booking may incur an additional cleaning fee.
9. COPYRIGHT & CONTENT
The Greenwich Studio retains the right to photograph or film the studio space for promotional purposes.The hirer retains full rights to any images or content created during their session.
10. AGREEMENT
By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
